Based out of Pickering, Ontario, Alkame features one of the largest fleets of Dragon Boats in Canada, which service beginner, intermediate and high-performance teams.

Dragon boat sessions on Frenchman's Bay are booked in 90-minute increments and are available from 6:00am-7:30pm daily. If you are booking in non-prime hours (weekdays before 4:30pm, Saturdays anytime), please enquire about a discount.

Coaching & Team Safety
All sessions include boat rentals, PFD's and paddles. Coaching and/or steerspeople are available at an additional cost ($70 - $90/session).
All non-Alkame coaches and steerspeople are responsible for their own coaching/steering insurance and are not covered under the Alkame insurance policy. Alkame cannot be held responsible for any incidents/accidents that occur under non- Alkame leadership.
Coaches and steerspeople are required to read and acknowledge our Outdoor Training Manual prior to beginning practices with us. All paddlers, drummers, steerspeople and coaches are required to sign an online wavier, and adhere to demonstrate safe behaviour at all times when at the Alkame site.
