Includes 2 practices with a coach, team shirts and the Port Perry regatta; will race in a separate Deca Dragons division.
Practices: New for 2023! Practices for the Port Perry Dragon Boat Festival will be provided by Scugog Dragon Boat. Your first practice is free (included with registration), and your second practice is $20 (admin fee for Scugog). The Port Perry Dragon Boat Festival offers a pledge program to all teams. All pledges (donations) collected by each team will be donated to The Port Perry Hospital Foundation and the Scugog Lake Stewards. Prizes will be awarded to teams and individuals who raise the most money!

Directions to parking site:
From Toronto, take Hwy 401 E towards Kingston.
Take exit 410 to Brock Street S.
Continue on Brock Street S to Baldwin Street S/Hwy 12 N.
Keep left to continue on Baldwin Street S/Hwy 12 N.
Turn right on Reach Street.
All participants must park at the Emmanuel Community Church. Shuttle buses will be provided from the Church to the Festival site from 7:00am-4:00pm. All vehicles illegally parked will be tagged and/or towed at the Townships discretion.
Race Format:
Shuttle buses begin running at 7:00am and race head quarters will open at 7:45am for teams to check in. Captain’s meeting to take place at 8:15am at the Marshalling area. Marshalling for first race will begin at 8:30am, with first race at 9:00am. Awards ceremony to immediately follow at the conclusion of racing.
Gold, Silver & Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in Division A finals (Mixed/Combined, Women, Deca)
Gold medals will be awarded to the top team in all other division finals (B-Z).
The Bill & Carol Gonder Cup will be awarded to the fastest local team.
An award for the winning team of the Mystery Race will be handed out, as well as the Bill & Carol Gonder Cup for the fastest local team.
Each team will receive 25 medals, and each Deca Dragons Team will receive 15 medals, however if you need additional medals, you may purchase them for $10 each.

The Port Perry Dragon Boat Festival does not charge a fee for vendors to participate, however, the Township of Scugog requires vendors to obtain a Hawkers & Peddlers license ($85.00) and liability insurance. To become a vendor with our festival:
