*Women’s/Mixed Combo & University/Mixed Combo are for teams who wish to compete in their division AND the Mixed division.
**2nd Gender Team only applies to a Women’s Team where 50% of the paddlers are also paddling on a registered Mixed team.
Due to time constraints at this event, only the top 30 teams will participate in the 2000m final.
All prices are in CAD and do not include tax. All teams will also receive 25 park passes as part of their registration.

Directions
From Toronto, take Hwy 401 W towards Milton.
Take exit 320 to Regional Road 25 N.
Turn left on 5 Sideroad.
Turn left on Tremaine Road.
Turn right on Kelso Road.
Gates will be open at 6:30am Saturday. Please note: Each athlete must present a park pass to enter the park for free. All teams will receive 25 passes in the mail; any additional paddlers or guests will need to purchase their own passes online or at the gate ($9.50).

*Due to time constraints, only the top 30 teams will participate in the 2000m final.
Park gates will be open at 6:30am, with first race scheduled at approximately 8:00am. Race headquarters will open at 7:00am for teams to complete any outstanding registration documents. Captain’s meeting to take place at 7:30am, marshalling for first race begins at 7:45am.
Gold, Silver & Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each Division A final.
Gold medals will be awarded to the top team in every other Division final (B-Z).
Gold, Silver & Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each 2000m final.
Awards will be handed out after the conclusion of each division final.
Each team will receive 25 medals, however if you need additional medals, you can order them at race headquarters.

Merchandise/Clothing vendors are $50.00 (+hst). Food/Drink vendors, as well as Charity or Community Organizations are free. All vendors receive the following:
Vendors who select to be Race Sponsors (for an additional $50) will also receive logo/website promotion on our race schedule (online), social media promotion through our Facebook and Instagram accounts, and company promotion/announcements over the loud speaker throughout the festival.
*Please note: In order to best serve our participants, we reserve the right to turn down vendor applications if we feel as though the market is already covered in this area.

Volunteer opportunities are available in 4-hour time slots, and each volunteer will receive festival shirt and lunch. Students may also use these as high school volunteer hours (if approved by the school).

Rules of Racing - All Sport Teams using this event as a qualifier, must follow Division I rules as outlined on Page 7. All other teams will follow Division III rules outlined on Page 9.
